To accommodate diverse participants and promote inclusive academic engagement, the 1st Mandar International Conference offers flexible registration fees based on category, format, and registration period.
For presenters, both general and student categories are available with options to join either online or offline. General presenters who register early will pay IDR 450,000 for offline participation and IDR 350,000 for online. Student presenters enjoy reduced rates, with early registration fees set at IDR 250,000 for offline and IDR 150,000 for online. Regular registration fees apply after the early bird period, with slightly higher rates across all categories.
Participants who wish to attend without presenting (whether students or general audience) can register individually or as a group. Individual participants pay IDR 150,000 during early registration and IDR 200,000 during regular registration. Group participants benefit from further discounts, with fees set at IDR 100,000 for early registration and IDR 150,000 for regular.
Early bird registration is open from 1 to 20 October 2025, followed by regular registration from 21 October to 10 November 2025. Payment is scheduled between 15 November and 5 December 2025, and full papers must be submitted by 20 December 2025.
