This inaugural event serves as a global academic forum that brings together educators, researchers, practitioners, and stakeholders to exchange ideas, present research findings, and foster collaboration across disciplines. By carrying the local identity of <em>Mandar<\/em> into the international arena, the conference highlights the region\u2019s intellectual contributions while addressing contemporary challenges in sustainability, digital transformation, and innovation-driven education. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size\">FKIP Universitas Sulawesi Barat was officially established in 2017 through the Regulation of the Minister of Research, Technology, and Higher Education No. 41 of 2017, and began its operations on May 30, 2018. As part of the university\u2019s transformation from a private institution into a state university in 2013, FKIP was founded to expand academic opportunities and strengthen research-based education.
